If you’re over 50, you begin to learn one thing all too quickly- staying fit isn’t as easy as it used to be. At middle age, it seems like our bodies just want to slow down. And, just like everyone else (contrary to popular opinion) our day isn’t any easier to to get through. You’re just as busy, or more busy, than you used to be.

img_6930Regardless of your age, your fitness is extremely important and has to be made a priority in your life. It’s extremely important to start or continue a fitness program into middle age. A healthy fitness program can help prevent or substantially slow down health concerns that can crop up suddenly as we enter middle age, including:

  • Heart disease
  • Bad cholesterol levels
  • Stroke
  • Hypertension
  • Colon and breast cancer
  • Muscle and joint aches
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Depression
  • Bone loss through menopause

It can also help to slow down the aging process and the decrease of strength and energy. Not to mention the tendency for weight gain as our metabolism slows down, our ability to store fat speeds up and our clothes keep getting tighter.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8am for 30 minutes.

Using a variety of different equipment, we tailor each workout to your individual needs and make sure that you feel significantly stronger and lighter within just a few weeks.

Nutritional guidance is included for those that want to learn how to eat to maximize the fitness levels.
