January Client of the Month- Bailey Saville

What’s your favorite quote?

“Not all who wander are lost.”

Where did you grow up?

Grew up In Flagstaff AZ

How did you become interested in and how long have you been with Phoenix 360 Fitness?

I found a groupon for Phx 360 back in 2016. I was looking for a group environment that would motivate me to stay consistent and feel supported.

What was your biggest hurdle?

My biggest hurdle throughout this process has been finding what works for me individually. I discovered after many many attempts to do what everyone else was doing was not working for me. I finally was able to take a step back and look at what my body and routine needed in order to be successful.

What motivates/inspires/determines you to train and push yourself to your limits?

The things that motivate me the most is my overall health, my family and friends. Being a part of our fit family inspires me to keep pushing with like minded people who have similar goals and aspirations.

How much do you exercise?

At the start of my journey I was working out 5-6 times per week as well as doing extra cardio on the side. Now I only work out 1-2 times per week with some yoga sprinkled in. Throughout my experience, I had to take a look at what my body needed and re-evaluate my workout routine.

What’s your favorite exercise?

My favorite exercise are kettle bell swings

How do you balance your time with a job, and taking care of yourself?

I balance my time by making small weekly goals for myself. Each week I schedule days to work out and that helps when work and family life becomes hectic. I also try and manage time each day for myself to do something I want to do (Go for a walk with my dog, listen to my favorite music, listen to a podcast ect).

If you could give our readers one health weightloss tip, what would it be?

Some advice I would give to someone on their health journey would be to have an open mind. Be open to trying different things, advocate for yourself and your individual health needs. Do your own research. Surround yourself with mentors that you trust and have your best interests at heart. Be patient with yourself and your process. Don’t worry if your path is different from others, and be consistent. Oh and make sure you have some fun!
