Where did you grow up?
How did you become interested in and how long have you been with Phoenix 360 Fitness?
My sister Megan dragged my previously lazy bum in over a year ago and I never looked back! Love my Phx360 fam!
What Motivates/Inspires/Determines you to train and push yourself to your limits?
At first it was all about losing weight but now I’ve made great friends and I love how I feel physically and mentally after my sessions at the gym!
How has your training at Phoenix 360 helped you in your life?
I basically do not get sick anymore, if I’m sore it’s a good/healthy sore, and all the love from my fitfam still makes me more and more confident everyday!
What accomplishment/lift are you most proud of?
I’m always super proud when I finish a second session that seemed impossible after the first round…and also any amount of burpees in a row after the #8
How do you balance your time with a job, and taking care of yourself?
I used to be too shy to come to the gym without my sister but now I come straight from work Mon-Thru and twice on Sat! It was all about priorities for me: say no to the things I didn’t want to do anyways and take the time for my health and happiness.
If you could give our readers one health tip, what would it be?
Here’s three: 1. Eating is important eating too little can be as harmful to your “gains”/progress as eating too much! 2. Make friends at our gym! It’s easy to come to the gym when you see someone you like has checked in on Facebook or wants to get a big steak with you after (sometimes they will be your motivation!) 3. If it’s not working or isn’t working anymore talk to Ryan directly and don’t waste time!
